Frequently Asked Questions

Machine prices range based on size. Our smallest machines wash a 20 lb load and start at $4.50 to wash. Our family sized machines wash a 40 lb load and start at $7.00. Our two largest machines wash a 60lb load and start at $9.00; Dryers are $0.50 to start for the first 12 minutes, each additional $0.25 will add 6 minutes to the cycle. Exact prices are posted at each machine.

All of our machines are currently coin-operated, but we have plans to add payment options in the future. We have a quarter change machine on site for convenience that can handle up $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills.

This is a common point of confusion, as the machine may say that it holds 6 standard loads of laundry. However, this does not mean that the machine needs 6x the amount of soap. Our attendant can help you figure out the right amount - just ask. Generally, less is more with high-efficiency machines to avoid residue buildup.

Fill washers all the way up, but don't pack them so tight clothes can't move freely. Fill dryers only halfway - clothes need room to tumble or they won't dry evenly.

Yes - we currently have parking in the front and on the side of the building. We have plans to increase parking behind the building in the near future. No need to hunt for street parking.

We're open Tuesday-Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Please plan to start your last load with enough time to finish before closing. The facility is attended during all operating hours.

Yes. Our facility has security cameras throughout for your safety and the safety of your belongings. An attendant is also on duty during business hours.

Drop off your laundry in a bag or basket, we weigh it, wash it, dry it, and fold it. You'll get a text when it's done. Come pick it up at your convenience. That's it.

Standard service is two business days. Same-day service is available for an additional charge ($2.00/lb, $30 minimum). We'll text you as soon as your order is ready.

Wash & fold has a minimum order of $18 (standard) or $30 (same-day). This typically works out to 10-15 lbs of laundry.

If we damage something, we cover the cost - full stop. No run-around, no negotiation. We take care of your clothes like they're our own, and we stand behind that.

Yes, absolutely. We pre-treat soiled areas on every wash & fold order as part of our standard service.

Cash and all major credit/debit cards. We also accept Google Pay.

No. We can coordinate a standing pickup location - back door, loading area, designated spot - that works for your operation. We'll communicate via text for scheduling and confirmation.

Commercial turnaround is typically 1-2 business days depending on volume and schedule. We work with you to build a recurring schedule that keeps your operation running smoothly.
